It illuminates your under-eye area with natural mineral pigments to help diminish the appearance of fine lines and discolorations. Works at permanently dissolving pigments that may contribute to dark circles in five ways: Arnica extract and Vitamin K have been shown to reduce pigment deposits and bruising caused by "leaky" blood vessels ~~Arbutin has been shown to stop over-production of melanin, which produces pigmentary deposits~~Red wine extract, grape seed extract, and Vitamin C all contribute to the overall health and condition of the blood vessels, which may be a source of the dark color~~Lactic and malic acids help to gently exfoliate away surface discolorations~~Micronized titanium dioxide deflects sun damage and helps discourage pigment formation, while illuminating eye area and lightening dark circles.
